The TIMPANI system is designed to be fully automatic. It should be possible to find out everything you need from this website (if there is something missing, please let us know, and we'll add it.) However, nothing is that simple and so you may need to contact one of the people below:

The CUMS Instrument Manager is Sam Kemp who should be your first point of contact for any problems. He may be e-mailed at *. Please use email, rather than the telephone for non-urgent enquiries. If it is urgent, you can call 07968750971. The postal address, where you should send payments to, is: 53 Bailey House, Rustat Avenue, Cambridge CB1 3PG.
The Treasurer of CUMS, is Nick Shaw. Contact the treasurer by email at * or by post at Whaddon Grange, Bridge Street, Whaddon, ROYSTON SG8 5SP or c/o The Faculty of Music, 11 West Road, Cambridge.
The Secretary of CUMS is Mark Austin. Email the secretary at * or post items to Caius College, Cambridge CB2 1TA. In an emergency, you can telephone.
The Custodians of the West Road Concert Hall are at the Faculty of Music in West Road. Contact the custodians to check the opening hours, but not with instrument hire queries. The Custodians are at Concert Hall, Faculty of Music, 11 West Road, Cambridge, CB3 9DP. (Telephone: 01223 335180).
