CHEESE TASTING EVENT

The tasting will be led by Jacky Sutton Adam from the The Cambridge Cheese Company. The Cambridge Cheese Company is a small, independently run delicatessen specialising in cheese maturation or 'affinage' and selling artisan made and farmhouse cheeses from Britain and Europe. The business was founded by Paul and Jacky Sutton Adam in 1994 and inspired by their experiences of European food cultures and passion for good food. Jacky has a lot of experience in running cheese tasting events and I anticipate this session will be great.
