We hope to take you on a culinary adventure, to explore the sights, smells and tastes around us, and to share what we find with others via our society.
We hope to tempt your taste buds, conjure up your curiosity to cook and to experiment with food. Also, we hope to educate and encourage you to try something new, something local, something Slow.
