Open Squad: Training and Tournament Availability

To all open squad members,

Please complete (fill in all white boxes) the attached spreadsheet re: your availability for both training sessions and tournaments and email back to me asap (email to opencaptainstrangeblue.org). Put 'No' where you know of a commitment that prevents you from coming to an event - we do not need to know details. Otherwise, we expect you to demonstrate your commitment to the squad by putting 'Yes'. There is no 'maybe' - please make a judgement for each event so that we can plan the year as effectively as possible for the benefit of everyone.

I'd like to take this opportunity to remind you that commitment matters - you are expected to turn up to all arranged Friday (as invited week by week) and Sunday training and make yourself available for selection for all tournaments unless you declare otherwise now. If, having filled in this spreadsheet, your circumstances change in the future with respect to a session/tournament, it is your responsibility to inform at least one of the captains in good time (preferably by email).

Please remember that a lot of effort goes into organising the squad's activities and we cannot run good sessions if people don't show. In addition, team selections for tournaments will take attendance/attitude into account.
