I'm a fourth year PhD student at DPMMS, Cambridge, working with Ivan Smith. My funding comes from the Faulkes Foundation. I will be starting a postdoc at ETH Zürich in September 2010.

• Lagrangian submanifolds of symplectic manifolds,
• Symplectic mapping class groups,
• Functionals and flows on the space of almost Kaehler metrics.
