About Yoga

Yoga can help you become fitter, happier and healthier by learning to stretch, relax, and become more aware of your body. It is good fun and a great way to beat stress. Yoga also develops strength and flexibility, which are very important for most sports. Regular exercise improves posture, and can prevent and cure back and shoulder pain.

The different yoga styles vary quite considerably from the meditative focus in Iyengar to the dynamic powerfull character of the Ashtanga practise.
