Concerts at Wolfson
Wolfson College Music Society provides a wide range of concerts throughout the year. There is a regular lunchtime concert series held on Saturdays at 1.30pm in the Lee Hall. The Michaelmas and Lent term concerts are also organised by the music society. These give performance opportunities to the choir and orchestra and to talented Wolfson soloists and ensembles.

College Concert
There is an annual professional concert organised by the college. Recent performers have included: Colin Carr, the Martinu String Quartet, the Copenhagen String Trio, pianist Sean Bennett, and Jonathan Impett (trumpet).
Music and Madeira
Music and Madeira is a longstanding college tradition of a special formal hall followed by a professional concert during dessert. The Michaelmas Term Music and Madeira dinner and recital will be held on Tuesday 11th November 2008 7.15 for 7.30pm (recital only 9.10pm) Programme: Andrew Kennedy - tenor. Bookings can be made at the Porters' Lodge.
The Lent Term 2007 concert was given by the Consortium5 recorder quintet. Other past performers have included: Rachel Brown (Baroque flute), Adrian Butterfield (violin), David Goode (piano), Nuevo Flamenco (dance troupe), Jonathan Impett (trumpet and electroacoustic composition), Max De Vries (percussion/marimba), Jeremy Vinogradov (baritone), Carolyn Foulkes (soprano) and Lynette Alcántara (mezzo), The Sarabande Consort, The Instant String Quartet, Richard Birchall (cello), Madeleine Mitchell (violin) and Katharine Durran (piano), David Ciavarella (tenor) and Yuri Takenaka (soprano) accompanied by Felicia Cheng, and pianist David Earl.
Lunchtime Concert Series
Each term the society organises several lunchtime concerts. These are held in the Lee Hall on Saturdays at 1.30pm. A retiring collection is taken after the concert. If you would like to perform at a lunchtime concert, contact Ghofur Woodruff at gew26 <at> cam.ac.uk.
