Talks
We hold talks most Wednesday evenings at the vet school. Everyone is invited and the talks offer a great opportunity to come to the vet school and enjoy pizza and beer, while a guest speaker talks about their chosen subject. The talks cover large, small and exotic animals, and they give you the chance to hear about subjects not necessarily covered in the lectures. All talks, unless otherwise stated, are in Lecture Theatre 2 (the comfy one) at the Vet School at 7.30pm, with refreshments from 7pm. Talks are free to members and £1 to those who aren't. Talks are organised by the Committee's Vice President.

All talks for Lent term 2008 have now finished. A big thank you to Fi Jacob for organising such varied and interesting talks over the last year - we hope you have enjoyed them. And also to all of our sponsors who have so generously supported the Committee's work, and fed us! The new Committee will be organising the next term card in due course. Watch this space!
