If you are having problems logging in, please double-check that you have read the answers to every question on the previous page.
- If you have a Raven password but it is not accepted when you try to log in, the problem is almost certainly not with the MCR website but with Raven authentication. Check that caps lock is not on when entering any passwords, and double-check that you are using the right username and password. If this continues not to work, you will probably need to have your password reset by the Computing Service - see the instructions on the previous page.
- If clicking one of the sign up buttons does not give you the Raven log-in screen, and you are not already logged in, the Raven server is probably offline. This happens very rarely, but the only solution is to try again later.
- If you have requested a Raven account by post and you don't think you will receive the details in time to sign up, please contact us at the e-mail addresses below.
