- We resume with just the 2005-2006 committee in attendance.
- We discuss the Garden Party. We decide on June 21, 4 pm and suggest Selwyn Gardens. (Helen confirms this after the meeting.) Max decides to start organizing posters.
- We decide to make further investigations into night punting with Oxford Rev after our Garden Party-Tuesday 21st- Wednesday 22nd June- Tizzy will do this.
- We discuss concert venues- and decide against ADC if there are alternatives, citing issues of lack of capacity.
- GSM, Guildhall, West Road and HT are suggested. Preferences are Michaelmas- West Road or Guildhall;Easter- GSM. We decide to hold the Easter concert after Easter in order to give enough time to prepare. We express concern that a bigger venue for Michaelmas may require a longer show than usual, which may be an issue, due to choir instability and lack of rehearsal time.
- We approve by vote the decision to buy some microphones, as we have a positive budget of £1,500.
- We discuss additions to the committee. No decision is made yet on a female environement secretary. We recommend Tom Woolford for band co-ordinator and Andy Ball for concert co-ordinator.
- Tizzy announces RESITS is 20-27 August.
- Beks says we should use committee list to communicate within committee; and communicate with choir through the president.
- Beks says she will get the Freshers' Fair cheque signed and to me tonight.
End:- 15:05
"Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity." Colossians 3:12–14
