WiM (Rise and Shine) was in Hull this year, from the 3rd to the
10th of April. For those that don't know, WiM is a week when all members of Revelation choirs across
the country get together. We learnt some fantastic songs and had great fun. Accommodation was, as usual, basic but
that just added to the fun. There were also workshops, splinter groups (dance, drama and band) and smaller groups to
get to know others. At the end we put on a big concert. It was all absolutely amazing and so much fun. Everybody
should come next year. For more info, speak to our national rep, Andy.

'Rejoice!: A Gospel Choir Workshop' took place on Saturday 7th

regular singers. We learnt a bit about singing, gospel singing and what some of the words we sing actually
mean. We also learnt some songs that we sung in the evening before one of the Christian Union's
PROMISE talks. It was great fun.

"Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these
virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity." Colossians 3:12–14
