| New website and Robinson Head 2009
|
After some time of inactivity the RCBC website is back working. I hope to improve the look over the next couple of months and get everything up and running again.
Regarding Robinson Head 2009. Please continue to use http://www.srcf.ucam.org/~ja368/robinsonhead2009/ for the most up-to-date information. The Robinson Head page will be updated with the draw and results later today.

| Pembroke Regatta
|
Today the 1st boats made a showing in Pembroke Regatta up against some very strong crews. The Men made it through the 1st round via an easy victory to a gutsy Eddy's crew but were undone by a very strong Jesus crew that went onto contest the final against FaT. Eventually losing by about a length and a half, the crew stayed in touch with the Jesus boat for most of the race.
The Ladies were very unlucky to draw a strong Newnham crew in the first round and gave it all they could in an effort to pull off an upset. Also remaining in touch for most of the race, it was just too much to ask and they ended two lengths off the pace.

| Uni Fours
|
| After a fun week the Mens IV finally lost in the semi final of uni fours on an incredibly windy day on the Cam. Focus now turns towards Fairbairns at the end of term.

| Cambridge Autumn Head
|
Today Robinson had an excellent result in Cambridge Autumn Head, with two wins out of two! The 1st IV beat, among others, First and Third by a second to record a victory over a head race just one week from Uni IVs. This certainly bodes well for these knockout races.
The 1st VIII, despite rowing together only for the first time also won their division by over a minute and twenty seconds, with an excellent row!
