[CCC] Date change - BBQ

Dear all,

Due to conflicts with May Balls and May Bumps, we 
have decided it would be best to move the BBQ to 
Sunday, June 17th. It will still be on Darwin 
Island, but will be starting in the evening, 
around 5:30. We hope that works better for many 
you, and that more people can now join us for a 
relaxing laze in the late day sun. Feel free to 
bring friends, and please do bring a £2 donation 
for all you can eat/drink!

This will be a very chill event, perfect for 
winding down after a hectic week of 
work/partying/exams/balls/rowing.  Do hope you'll 
join us!


[ Also: If you are interested in or have e-mailed 
me about joining the committee next year, we're 
going to meet at the beginning of the BBQ to 
discuss and hopefully assign positions to 
incoming exec members. So if you'd like to, even 
if you're not quite sure yet, do come along and 
you'll get a feel for what's involved. It's fun 
and easy. :) Please arrive around 5:30 and we'll 
have an informal discussion over beer/pop around 
5:45. If you cannot make it, please let me know 
and if you wish, indicate what sort of position 
you might be interested in, and we'll keep it in 
mind. We'll meet again before the start of the 
next academic year to settle things finally. ]
