Dear CCC,
Coming up fast: the annual Canadian Club
barbeque! This Sunday, June 17th, join us for
some serious relaxation and good company on
beautiful Darwin Island. It'll be warm -
hopefully sunny - and you could have an icy cold
brewski in one hand, and a hot burger in the
other, all while lazing in the shade of a willow
tree by the river with we friendlies. Sound good?
It is! Just £2 to enter, and from there, it's
all-you-can-eat/drink. Come anytime after 5:30.
Feel free to bring guests.
Please NOTE: It would be extremely helpful to us
if you could RSVP (to me) for this event, just to
give us an idea of how much food/drink we should
get. If you plan on coming, please just hit the
reply button and tell me how many guests you plan
to bring. Of course, you don't have to let me
know right this instant (that's really planning
ahead!) - any time up until Sunday is just fine.
I will send a reminder on Friday morning. Thanks
a lot!
On another note, please see below for the latest
from Network Canada in London - really fun stuff
going on in the next couple of months!
Hope to see many of you Sunday....who doesn't
love a good Q?! Enjoy the sunny(ish) weather
while it lasts!
Take care,
Mary
