Hey Canada Clubers!

I hope term has started well.

This is just to pass on some information on this year's Recruitment  
for Policy Leaders (RPL) round. This is a high level recruitment  
initiative for Canadian graduate students which was begun by the  
Canadian government five years ago.

The RPL program seeks to bring exceptional Canadian graduate students  
into mid-to-senior-level policy positions in Canada's federal public  
service, where their skills, education, and experience can quickly  
allow them to make significant contributions to Canadian public  
policy. Led by a group of Deputy Ministers, the program targets  
Canadian graduate students from leading universities in Canada and  
abroad. The deadline is October 27, 2006.  Senior federal public  
servants will hold interviews across Canada and abroad for selected  
candidates.  Please see attached letter, brochure and article from
