Dear Friends,

Hope you managed to enjoy the Club BBQ the past weekend. We all had a
great time, and thanks to all the people who helped to make it a
success! Charles, Steph, Gavin; Colin for booking the island; Chris W
for taking care of the grill, and especially Mary & Chris N for picking
up all the groceries (and hence responsible for all the selection of
food and drink!). They're also getting married in a month's time in
Vancouver, congrats! Also, I'd like to point out all the tasty V8 fruit
veg drink was donated by Campbell's Soup via Ashley Bast, who's wife is
expecting a baby any time soon. I guess that's enough of the random
things happening in June (including my birthday today).

Some messages that I wanted to pass on:

Miss out on buying May Ball tickets this year? I have an extra single or
double ticket available for the Caius May Ball, which is happening on
Tuesday June 13. Cost is £106 for the single or £212 for the double. There
is an administrative cost for the name change of £20, which I will split
the cost of with the purchaser. Email me on gs320 at cam.ac.uk if you're
interested.

Cheers,
Gavin

Folks

Me and Assa were planning to watch a recorded version of the final game
of this year's Stanley Cup Finals at the Sino Tap on their big screen in
the stables out back at a sensible hour (9pm at a date TBC)...

There is room for about 50 souls and the room is shoddy enough for all
50 to get messy.
Before we go ahead with the plans, I would like to gauge opinion to see
if it is worth it.

Who would be interested in joining us for beers, hockey and mess?

Regards,

Si.
