Hey everyone,
In part 2 of 4 in this series of emails, I'm asking for volunteers for
the next generation of club exec. We've got some nibbles and inquiries
into positions, but exactly zero official applications. We really need
some people to step up and help take over the reins from this year's
committee who are almost all graduating this fall. It's not too much
work, and it's your chance to contribute! Please send Charles Noir, the
club secretary, an email if you're interested at
<cdnclub-secretary at srcf.ucam.org>. Details about the posts and process
follow.
Go on, be keen!

Cambridge Canadian Club Elections
As in this past year, executive positions will be filled in June and a
second set of newly arriving Canadians will be recruited onto the
Committee at the beginning of Michaelmas Term. This term, the following
positions need to be filled:
President
Secretary
Treasurer
Academic Liaison
Social Secretaries (unlimited number!)
We've had a really great year so far, and we'd like to see things
continue. To do so, we need your help. The official procedures to get
involved follow. Really we're a fairly relaxed club, and the nomination
and election procedures below are necessary for clarity and some level
of transparency. Please don't let them stand in the way of you
participating!
If anyone is interested in a position, but is unsure or would like more
information, please feel free to contact the President, Hank Liao, at
hl251 at cam.ac.uk or call him on 07775 560 275.
