[CCC] Need a house July 1st?

Dear all,

Just a quick note to say that my best 'mate' Paul is looking for a 
housemate for July 1st. The house is bright, furnished and nicely 
decorated. It's very spacious, and has an open living plan and large 
yard. It's also located in probably the most desirable area in 
Cambridge - Sturton Street, just off Mill Road, before the 
railbridge, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Walking distances 
are less than 10 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Asda, 5 minutes to the 
Grafton centre, and 3 minutes to Mill Road (and the Cambridge 
Blue/Kingston Arms!). I live 1 block away, so I can vouch for how 
great the neighbourhood is!
As for Paul, being that he's my 'besty', I can safely say that he's a 
very solid guy - clean, conscientious and lots of fun. Also a 
professional with normal hours and good pay, and as such, he's put a 
lot of effort into the house and it really is awesome.

Sound perfect? Heck yes it is.
