The Chapel Organ was built in 1765 by John Snetzler, and is one of the most complete extant examples of his work. The original instrument had 9 stops on the Great and 4 each on the Echo and Choir, which shared a single row of keys and a common action. In 1895, the organ was rebuilt by William Hill and Son in a consciously conservative spirit, retaining black natural keys in a new three-manual console. Noel Mander rebuilt the organ again in 1963 and retained mechanical action to most of the instrument, but used electric action to provide upperwork to the Choir and Pedal organs and a manual Trumpet stop (see the specification below).

The Choir is intended to be a miniature Great in scaling, and the Swell has the characteristics of an eighteenth century English Swell organ.

In the specification, stops labelled "S" contain pipes manufactured by Snetzler. The case is of a typical seventeenth or eighteenth century British form with three towers. The two-storey flats have characteristic Snetzler curved tip-boards on the lower storey. The gilding is modern. Regular recitals are held on the instrument throughout Full Term.
