2:Writing for 'The Sex'

Should an undergraduate feel that an activity which they have undertaken is not represented in the scheme then they should make representations to the rooms committee by email (roomscommittee@googlemail.com) or pigeon hole by midnight on 30th January. It shall be at the discretion of a majority vote on the rooms committee, with the advice and consent of the Sexcentenary Club committee, whether an activity shall be temporarily included in the points scheme and with what value of points in order that said activity be rewarded.

Should anything be added to the scheme then it will be publicized within 48 hours via email and notice in the JCR in order that all applicants be made aware of the addition and can claim these points as well. The deadline for form submission shall be midnight on 2nd February, anyone missing this deadline shall be placed at the bottom of the ballot.
