Womens' Representative - Nadia Howard Tripp
Hello, I'm Nadia- your Women's Officer. My job is to act as a friendly face, a shoulder to cry on and your first port of call should you have any women's issues to discuss.
I also attend the University Women's Council to represent your views, so if you have any problems/ideas let me know. You can come and see me to discuss female welfare issues in complete confidence in Room 6, SPT 3 on Tuesdays 2-3pm (tea and biscuits provided) or you could email me (nrh28 ) to arrange another time or place. I will be able to provide contacts for clinics, counsellors and anything else I can't deal with myself. I can also provide pregnancy tests and rape alarms. If you would like one either come and see me or leave a note in my pigeon hole and I'll put one in there for you to pick up later anonymously.
I plan to have some girlie nights-in with pizza and films in the JCR. These will hopefully encourage college sorority and be a fun way to chill out. Let me know if you have any other ideas of things you'd like to do.
