Accessibility
The Cambridge Living Wage Campaign is run by the Cambridge Universities Labour Club, an organisation dedicated to creating a more equal and fair society. So it's not just making sure that people are not living in poverty that we are interested in, but also making sure that our resources are as accessible as possible.
This website has been designed with usability in mind. Our aim is to make all layouts, menus and links intuitive, to properly label all forms and make sure that the page is generally available to anyone who accesses the website including those who use screen readers, those who need increased font sizes (which currently still have to be set in the browser) and those who may have less experience using the world wide web.
In view of these aims the site is constructed as much as possible in accordance with the W3C's web content accessibility guidelines, which are supported by the RNIB.
We do however have only a limited amount of time to spend on these resources, which is why they are far from perfect. If you have any comments that would help us improve the accessability of this site, we would appreciate it if you would contact us!
