CULC fielded candidates in the 2008 local elections covering the main sites of 28 of the 31 colleges of the University of Cambridge.

Students registered at Hughes Hall and Anglia Ruskin University's Cambridge campus are already the beneficiaries of CULC's campaigning work from May 2007, when we helped Lucy Walker take the Petersfield seat from the Liberal Democrats, winning with a massive majority of 246.
