Members of CUAAS meet informally, most weeks, (usually a Friday) at various pubs around Cambridge. Members, non-members and the curious are welcome to come along and discuss whatever's on their minds, have a good moan, ask questions, and generally meet each other, whilst enjoying an alcoholic (or otherwise) beverage. If you can't find us, shout something godless and look for the Bus Campaign t-shirts. Any member is welcome to initiate a casual meet, or suggest a pub, by mailing Denis or Dom, who will ensure it's put on the site and mailing list.
Unfortunately the full table of events for Lent has not yet been completed, but this term we are hoping to organise:
- Weekly pub meets
- Several talks by guest speakers
- Film nights
Unless stated otherwise, talks and similar events are free for CUAAS members* £1 for non-members. You can also join CUAAS on the door and avoid paying an entrance fee.
All talks begin at 7.30PM . Unless otherwise indicated, events are usually in the Kennedy Room of the Cambridge Union Society .
* events held at the union are free for Union members unless otherwise stated
