Welcome!

Welcome to the homepage of Cambridge University Atheist and Agnostic Society, the oldest university secular society in the United Kingdom.

CUAAS aims to allow atheists, agnostics and other non-religious people in Cambridge (mainly, though not exclusively, members of the University) to meet each other, to have fun, and debate moral, scientific and political issues; to inform members about approaches to life that aren't based on religion through a full and varied selection of talks; and to encourage students to approach issues on the basis of reason, not superstition.

Lent 2010

This term we will be hosting a plethora of talks, pub meets, films etc. [ View Term Card]

Regular Pub Meets

Members of CUAAS meet informally, most weeks, (usually a Friday) at various pubs around Cambridge. Members, non-members and the curious are welcome to come along and discuss whatever's on their minds, have a good moan, ask questions, and generally meet each other, whilst enjoying an alcoholic (or otherwise) beverage. If you can't find us, shout something godless and look for the Bus Campaign t-shirts. Any member is welcome to initiate a casual meet, or suggest a pub, by mailing Denis or Dom, who will ensure it's put on the site and mailing list.

The next pub meet will be 8.30pm onwards on (T.B.C) at (T.B.C) on [Directions].
