Detailed Technical Information

Please find below detailed technical information about the Corpus Christi Playroom (kindly supplied by the Cambridge Arts Theatre). For a detailed plan of the theatre please click here.

Stage

- The studio is 'L'-shaped, with the performance space at the apex of the 'L', measuring 4270mm x 5290mm.
- The performance space has one on-stage entrance, and the auditorium entrance may also be used.
- There is seating for a total of 80 persons on fixed benches ranging down both long sides of the 'L'.
- There is a small green room/changing room.
- There is a stage relay system which can be heard in the green room and also in the corridor leading to the on-stage entrance.

Lighting

- 6 x Prelude 28/40 650w profiles
- 6 x Selecon Acclaim 650w fresnels
- 2 x 6-way Zero 88 Betapack dimmer racks (6000w limit)
- 1 x Zero 88 Alcora control desk
- 1 x Zero 88 Elara control desk
- Cable, colour, gobos, irises etc provided by Cambridge Arts Theatre upon request.
- Extra lights may also be hired from Cambridge Arts Theatre.

Sound

- Spirit Folio Notepad sound desk
- 3.5mm headphone jack input cables for laptops/MP3 players
- CD player
- Teac Double Cassette deck
- Crest power amp
- 2 OHM MR228 speakers

Curtains and Tracking

- Halls T60 curtain track to cover back wall of the performance space.
- Black wool serge curtains
- Back walls of performance space painted white.
