Will is currently studying an MSc in Computation at Keble College, University of Oxford. He left Emmanuel College in 1998 after gaining a BA in Computer Science, but still keeps an active link with the mountaineering society.

Will is the medical officer for the expedition, carrying all the drugs incase things go wrong. He also does all the web design and programming for the expedition. He hopes that the live updates will actually work once the team arrive in Argentina!

A relative novice at mountaineering, he has undergone a strict fitness regime in the months leading up to the expedition consisting of rowing, running, swimming, curries and beer.
