Dave is currently studying in his final year of a four year engineering course at Emmanuel College Cambridge.

His friends know him as someone who, once he has an idea in his head, will not relent until it is completed. This was his vision behind the Aconcagua 2000 expedition. Dave is heavily involved with the orginisation of the expedition, arranging flights, mules, transportation and other logistic matters which operate behind the scenes. He has secured sponsorship in form of a tent from Nortel Networks and this will prove invaluable on the mountain.

Dave was a member of the ECMC Kilimanjaro 1998 expedition and is eager to beat his height record.

Dave's joviality and eagerness will be appriciated on the mountain (so long as he doesn't go too far!) and his amazing acumen for seeking out the best baaargain wherever he goes will be used to it's maximum in South America.
