Last term we were lucky enough to have a tasting from Chapagne Salon, and sister house Delamotte.  Salon, as you may recall, is considered as perhaps the very peak of what the Chardonnay grape can do in Champagne.  This term we are delighted to welcome Philliponnat for a tasting looking across their range, including the very special Clos des Goisses wine, which might be regarded as Pinot Noir’s answer to Salon.
