Regional Australian Wines

Speaker – Chris Stroud

Venue – Upper Hall, Peterhouse

You might be of the opinion that most Australian wine tastes the same – over-alcoholic, over-extracted and under-interesting.  However, little though it is known to outsiders, Australia has a well defined regional classification system, similar in some ways to systems in France or Italy.  In this tasting, Chris Stroud will be leading us through a number of pairs of the same varietal from different regions, to demonstrate just how varied the styles that can be achieved are.   Wine list to follow.

£7 for members and £10 non-members
