21st November – CIB – Rosé Champagne

Venue – Upper Hall, Peterhouse

Champagne is the only region in France where rosé wines can be made by blending red wine into white, before the second fermentation, as well through usual method of skin contact. Francoise Perretti, director of the Champagne Information Bureau, will be leading us through a tasting of rosé Champagnes, comparing the various styles available of this newly fashionable type of Champagne. It promises to be an interesting and informative tasting
