10th November – Food and wine tasting.
Venue – Pembroke College’s Old Library, 12:30 pm
CUWS, in
association with the Cambridge Wine Merchants, are delighted to be able to
present a tasting looking at the interesting and complex art of food and
wine matching. The tasting will take place in Pembroke College’s Old

hours. In that time we will be serving a tasting menu of several courses,
each with a wine chosen to complement the food. Led by Brett Turner, this
promises to be both a highly interesting and very useful tasting.
