Committee
CUSO is a fully student run orchestra, and relies on the hard work of the committee to keep things running smoothly. The committee comprises the chairman, secretary, treasurer, concert manager, publicity and librarian; the conductors and leader of the orchestra also sit on the committee. The orchestra's affairs are overseen by the Senior Treasurer, Dr Paul Wingfield of Trinity College.

Chairman – Ethan Eade ― is responsible for overall running of the orchestra, sponsorship, tours, auditions, rehearsal venues, and many of the numerous oddjobs that crop up.
Secretary – Marta Lapsley ― handles the day to day administration of the orchestra, and provides a contact point for both the public and members. Also, perhaps most importantly, responsible for making sure there's juice and biscuits at each rehearsal!
Treasurer – Sam Kemp ― manages the orchestra’s finances (the bloke with the chequebook!). Liases with the Charity Commission and University authorities. Also acts as webmaster for this site.
Publicity – Charlotte Brierley ― makes sure that our concerts get the audience they deserve, through production of posters and flyers. Liaises with the press.
Librarian – Guido Martin-Brandis ― has the often thankless task of providing music for everyone in the orchestra. Also responsible for arranging instrument hire.
Concert manager – Sarah Bowden ― handles booking of concert and rehearsal venues, and is responsible for producing programmes for each concert.
Social Secretary – Sophie Rashbrook ― responsible for the orchestra's hectic social life, including organising curries and the prestigious Annual Dinner.
