July 2003. 16 members of VOLES descend upon the small Derbyshire village of Flagg. Their mission - to get pleasantly drunk, sleep at odd hours, eat well, and just possibly rehearse and perform a play.
Under the (nominal) direction of Chris Howlett, and the slightly more effective direction of many other people, all objectives were achieved. The play reached 2 special needs schools, 2 old folks homes, and a public audience of about 7. Below are various links relating to the whole sordid affair.
