MONDAY
4.00pm at John's Plodge. Grantchester Fields Run http://tinyurl.com/42unkh
End up at the track for 8 x 200m (60s). Don't go all out on the 200's, but rather treat them like strides.

TUESDAY
5.30pm at John's Plodge. Baits Bite Lock http,//tinyurl.com/4vwv9l
9.00pm Pub Session The Anchor

WEDNESDAY
4.00pm at Wilberforce Rd. Session begins at 4.30pm. MD, 3 x (600m (45s), 300m) with 4 min LD, 12 x 400m (45s)

THURSDAY
5.30pm at John's Plodge. Grange Road Fields Run http,//tinyurl.com/2t9jqq

FRIDAY
5.30pm Tea Run. Hosted by James Kelly Meet at Jesus Plodge. Tea to be held at 13 Park Street.

SATURDAY
County Championships (If not competing, then use the chat/discussion list to arrange a steady run)

SUNDAY
10.00 John's Plodge. Haslingfield Run

KEY:

Sessions are colour-coded to help you get an idea of what to expect.

BlueThe session is suitable for all. On steady runs for example, there will be slow, medium and fast groups so that everyone has someone to run with.
RedThe session is fairly intense and there will be many experienced runners present. However, again everyone is welcome regardless of standard so don't be put off. In intervals sessions we regroup on several occasions so you wont be left on your own.
GreenA general strength and fitness workout. No running apart from easy warm-up and cool-down. Suitable and recommended for all.
