how to join

Member or not, you are welcome to attend any of the training sessions or college league races. However, if you'd like to take part in club races, you are required to join. The easiest time to do so is at the squash (a Cambridge word meaning social gathering) following the Freshers' Fun Run which is usually held at Wilberforce Road Pavilion on the Sunday at the end of the first week of Michaelmas Term. Just turn up with your cheque book, fill in a membership form, pass on a cheque payable to "C.U.H.&H." to the Junior Treasurer (who will then present you with a fixtures card), and you're done.

There are 3 membership options for the 2007-2008 academic year:

  1. Standard 1-year membership (£18).
  2. 3-year membership (£48). This will be cheaper than paying for standard membership for three years.
  3. Joint membership with Cambridge University Athletics Club (CUAC) for 1 year (£48), which is cheaper than taking out standard membership of each club separately.

You can of course also join at any other time of the year. Just fill in the membership form, available in PDF format, or contact Jamie Brunning, Jesus (jjjb2@cam.ac.uk) for one. Fill it in and return it with a cheque. He will also be present at many of the training sessions.
