"For Two Nights Only"

twonights cover

Launched at The ADC Theatre on Friday 3rd May 2002

From the Musical Director:

"The band were a pack of hounds waiting in the wings; tickets couldn't be got for love nor money, and the audience were tinder ready to smoke. When the band rolled coolly on, unperturbed by the expectation, boy was there fire!

The band played furiously, like the troublesome Rat Packers they love, and everybody in there carved their hearts and souls into the record grooves. I hope you will join me in enjoying the blood and sweat for always.

Becoming Musical Director was a job I approached with fear! Not wanting to be alone, I tasked the band with some of the most difficult charts they'd attempted. The challenge, the struggle and the eventual success gave the greatest feeling and I dearly thank all for it."

Tommy Charles, Musical Director - C.U. "Fitz" Swing Band, 2001-2002
