Auditions

If you'd like to join the band then it's best if you come and visit our stall at the societies fair in Kelsey Kerridge (7&8 Oct 2008) to sign up for an audition. If you can't do that then you can email us. Make sure you tell us what kind of experience you have when you sign up.

Auditions will be on Monday 13th October when you'll be asked to join in with present band members for part of an extended rehearsal. Everyone being auditioned is encouraged to take a solo but you won't have to if you don't want to.

Although competition for spaces is likely to be tough, if you impress us at audition you'll be kept in mind when we're in need of deps. In the past this has been a great way to get a tour spot.

Croatia Tour a Success

The island of Hvar will never be the same after having its towns swung hard by Fitz back in July. Several gigs across the island were enjoyed by local crowds and band members alike. Days spent being cut up by undergrowth on attempted 'walks', driving around at speed in convertible luminous VW beetles, being stopped by croatian police for overcrowding said beetles with drunken band members, eating multiple oversized ice cream sundaes, Karlovacko/Ozujsko, salmon pink hired bikes, Wobobolo, and good meals all contributed to a fantasic couple of weeks. Roll on next year...
