Cambridge University Bahá'í Society

OUR VISION

The Cambridge University Bahá'í Society is an organisation of undergraduate and graduate students dedicated to the promotion of the universal principles of the Bahá'í Faith. We believe that the widespread upheavals characterizing the global scene in this century, as well as the rapid advances in science and technology which are forcing humanity to acknowledge its organic unity and interconnectedness, are hallmarks of the coming-of-age of the human race and serve as portents of the establishment of a spiritualised and peaceful world civilisation. This bright vision of our future can be achieved only through the apprehension of the oneness of the human race and our common spiritual destiny.

In the 30 years since it was established, the Cambridge University Bahá'í Society has been active in promoting these fundamental principles at the University and in being a dynamic force for the bringing together of students from all backgrounds.
