1) Apologies for absence.

Alan Bain had given his apologies for being absent because of a
bookbinding course.

2) Minutes of the previous meeting.

There were no objections to these.

3) Election of officers.

No advance nominations had been received by the Secretary.
Nominations were taken at the meeting, and for each post exactly one
person was nominated and seconded and so was appointed unopposed:

jsm28 was nominated for President by ard12 and seconded by sgf22.
(rga24 was nominated for President by wrs23 (William Sowerbutts) but
was not seconded, so no election for this post took place.)
sgf22 was nominated for Secretary by wrs23 and seconded by jsm28.
rga24 was nominated for Junior Treasurer by sgf22 and seconded by jsm28.
afrb2 was nominated for Publicity Officer by jsm28 and seconded by ard12.

4) Any Other Business.

There was none.
