Participation and Membership Form - Must be completed by anyone who paddles with us
Trip Risk Assesment - Filled in by trip leaders to record trip planning
Coach and Leader Form - to completed by all who coach and/or lead groups
Incident Report Form - to be completed in the event of an incident causing injury or the potential for injury
Cheque Request - fill this in to get money from the club if you've organised something
