Boat Storage

If you want to store your boat in our sheds, we charge £10 per term (£25 a year) for CUCC members or £50 a year for town club members. Boat storage over the summer is free.

Payment should be by cheque, to CU canoe club, and given to any member of the committee. Most boats will be allocated a personal storage bay. Personal boats must have their owners name and mobile phone number written inside the boat. Anyone wishing to borrow someones personal boat must ring them first for permission.

Any person leaving a boat stored in the shed for more than 7 consecutive days must pay the rental fee for that term. If any boat is stored in the sheds for longer than 7 days, without having paid rental, then this boat will be locked up inside the sheds using a combination lock. The combination will be given when the rental fee is paid. We reserve the right to charge double for extra-big boats which take up more room
