The meeting began at

2. Minutes of the
last meeting and matters arising:
- Unity Prayers
Fisher House is impractical
due to their lunchtime mass. Other possible venues to be explored:
Trinity side chapel (CARYS to
speak to Ruth)
Michaelhouse (JOSH)
Robinson (BEX)
Christ's (ED)
We need flexibility
for different societies (e.g. a piano for CCMS) but a regular venue would be
good.
First unity-prayer of
next term to take place at 1.15 on Wednesday 15.10.
CARYS to approach
Ruth to try to book Trinity side-chapel.
Details of service
and venue for the rest of term to be discussed at the first meeting of next
term.
- Punt Race
Rules (paddling, finishing point etc.) to be
sorted out on the day. Teams can be formed on the day if there are not
enough people from one society.
3. Freshers'
Arrangements
- CUSU Societies'
Fair (Tue 7 - Wed 8.10)
CARYS to get in touch
with Gavin and Craig Wilkie to sort out access to the CUSU societies' directory
CARYS to book a
stall.
Rota to be sorted at
the beginning of next term.

revision of 'What's Christian in Cambridge?'

web for people to check and give comments.

Relevant fliers and
information to be given to Deans and Chaplains 2 weeks before term starts to
allow distribution to freshers.

Smile don't do
society accounts; Co-op charge 60p for a cheque.
JOSH to open account
at the Cambridge Building Society
Josh and Ruth to be
signatories; one signature needed to withdraw money.
5. Week of Prayer for
Christian Unity
CHRIS to book Wesley
for a service at 7.30 on Tue 20.1.04
Service to be
included on literature handed out at societies' fair.
JOSH to contact
theological federation to invite them.
6. Meeting
groundrules.
Agendas to be sent to
email list at least 48 hours before the meeting.
Paper copies of
agendas and minutes to be brought to meetings.

clear record of decisions and action points
