Finance Societies syndicate grant and busa travel. Some (unsuccesful) attempts to gain external sponsorship sponsored club. Increased grants to supprort competitive schedule and bring results pro-active seeeking sponsorship (specialist responsibiliy) draw up high standard audit and letter to do this (See examples) Sell club to uni to improve finances until new range in place Easter 2003 Annually Treasurer, captain, secretary, equipment
             
Publicity Big web site, viewed from external universities, serves as a BUSA talking point. Some club info. Occasional varsity reports, cam website new improved website. Private and public areas to present the club worldwide, and private section detailing all club activity. Profiles news etc..... Regular news in uni papers (and local?) reponsibility for website amongst group of members responisble for maintaing certain sections. Publicity offiver to coordinate (certain repsonsibility of another post) Easter 2003 Continuous Publicity Officer to coordinate 
             
Training and Coaching no planning. No serious aims/goals. Occasional flurry of activity prior to big events if someone feels like prompting it. Limited initial novice teaching, those with own kit left to themselves. Schemes to coach and train ALL levels of archer to the best of their ability/time to be the best University Team. structured planning for short and long term aims. Week to week and year to year. Ensure no people are left out, mentor/buddy systems etc. More use of county coaches and older/past members. October 2002 annually captain, novice officer
             
Competition regularly attend and succeed at uni competitions. Occasional county and local shoots, v occasional national increased participation in national events, full novice representation at uni events establish tournament diary for year /squad rotation type effort so dont do too much. Prioritse events. Promote out of term events more October 2002 continuous secretary and captain
             
Facilities KK once week (60quid) rifle range 1/2 per week. Outdoor ~6 days a week permanent indoor and outdoor ranges.  out of our hands to great extent... Need to review use of rifle range October 2002 bi-annually committee
             
Equipment poor outdated. Ill maintained club stuff. Fairly well stocked bow loan scheme. fully inventoried well maintained equipment, continual progression to provide best quality gear possible full audit, look at what needed. Propose budget. Tighten control on bow-loans. Coordinate equipment sessions to do repairs. Improved care of equipment in use - educate October 2003 annually equipment officer
