Sport is an important part of life in the Air Squadron and funding is available for 32 of the 38 recognised sports from service sporting bodies. Inter-Air Squadron competitions are held throughout the year and CUAS hosts one of the biggest - the UAS rowing regatta - in March.

In the past year CUAS has competed in Rugby (male and female), Hockey, Kayaking, Rowing, and Volley Ball, with members participating in many other sports recreationally.

Furthermore, CUAS students have represented the Royal Air Force at several sports, at a national and international level.
