UKA Level 3 sprints, combined events and development
After an awesome reign as CUAC President 2003/04, Rich left his student years behind... but he just couldn't bear to leave the club!! Rich continues to be an integral part of the club coaching many of CUAC's best track athletes. He also coaches many talented youngsters at the local club - Cambridge & Coleridge AC. While not doing that Rich continues to live and breather athletics as Athletics Perfomance Development Officer for the East Region. Wow.
Rich is also a qualified strength and conditioning coach, nutritionist and sports masseur. He is currently on UKA's elite fast track coach mentoring scheme to get him up to Level 4 by working with some of the country's top coaches.

UKA Level 4 Hurdles
One of the countrys top hurdles coaches having had success as high as the world championships, Bob works with some of our more technically needy athletes, such as our hurdles and multi-event squads. He is often to be seen at club circuits, or setting particularly nasty bounding sessions, and his advice is highly prized by all CUAC members. We love Bob.

Pat is a fantastic Long and Triple Jump coach, and we are very privileged that she can make it down to Wilberforce Road once a week to cast her expert gaze over our jumps squad. Come rain or shine Pat will be at the track with a smile and her trusty inner-tubes which will make everyone jump much, much further!
