So, athletes of CUAC - here's a question for you:
    The two factors that determine sprinting speed are cadence/leg speed and stride length, quite simply:
    speed (m/s) = leg speed (strides/s) X stride length (m).

    But which one is more important for YOU? Will this be true for everybody? How can you work on this?
