Tim Brown
Timothy Brown is Director of Music at Clare College, Cambridge. He directs Clare College Choir with whom he gives many concerts, tours extensively and makes regular recordings. He founded English Voices in 1994. As a freelance choral conductor he is well-known in Europe and the USA. Recent engagements have taken him to the United States, Russia, Germany, France, Estonia and to the 17 th Zimriya (World Assembly of Choirs) in Jerusalem.
He is a frequent guest conductor at singing weeks and choral workshops. In 1996 he directed courses as part of the International Organ Week in Oundle and the International Singing Week at Loughborough, and in August was a tutor at the Hereford International Summer School. Timothy Brown is an artistic director to the London Bach Festival. |
