Auditions

We are now auditioning for this academic year (2007-8).

Auditions will be held on:

• Monday 15 October - Jesus College, Choir Song School
• Tuesday 16 October - Jesus College, Choir Song School
• Wednesday 17 October - Jesus College, Choir Song School
• Thursday 25 October - Jesus College, Choir Song School

Auditions take about 7 minutes and involve singing a prepared song or aria, reading at sight and vocal tests.

Before signing up for an audition please bear in mind that the choir generally requires rehearsal commitments from 8-10pm each Monday and Thursday evening during the 3-4 weeks prior to each concert (occasionally under special circumstances Sunday evening rehearsals are also required). Alternatively, we rehearse more intensively at the start of a term and have a concert around week 1-2.
