  1. Results of Elections Last Term
    Brian Lavery [King's] elected President.
Rob Petit [St John's] elected Vice-President.
Kirsty Dootson [Newnham] elected Festival Manager.
Bella Wing-Davey [Robinson] elected Publicity Officer.
Lydia Bell [Darwin] re-elected Website Manager.
§  The positions of Technical Officer, Secretary and second Festival Manager remain vacant.

  2. Vacant Committee Positions
§  We will continue to encourage applications to fill these posts.
§  Brian will act as Technical Officer for this term.
§  The work of the Secretary will be split between Bella Wing-Davey, Lydia Bell and Rob Petit for the time being: Bella will send out weekly bulletins to the mailing list, Lydia will take minutes at committee meetings and Rob will deal with membership cards.

  3. Handover Formalities
§  Proctors' Office  The President, Treasurer and possibly Vice-President need to register at the Proctors' Office. The Proctors will be able to provide them with a copy of our Constitution to replace our copy, lost when Lucia's hard drive crashed.
§  Cheque Books  Chris and Brian need to go to the bank with Meg to get the cheque books changed so that they can write cheques.
§  Accounts  Meg is still dealing with the accounts. When these are finished, they need to be signed by our Senior Treasurer and taken to the Proctors' Office. Only then can we apply for University funding.
§  E-mail List Administration  Lucia will make Brian and Bella managers for the list.

  4. Equipment
§  Michael Axelgaard suggested (at the AGM) that some of the new companies in the Science Park might be willing to give us a cam era, as it would be good publicity for them. We will look into this possibility.
§  Issues of camera insurance were discussed. We should work out how much our equipment is actually worth, particularly the older items. It might be possible to save money on insurance by giving members specific camera training before letting them borrow the equipment.

  5. Publicity
§  Bella will apply to the Freshers' Fair for a stall and also contact CUSU about putting Cinecam in the societies booklet and on the website.
§  Lucia raised the possibility of us having a stall at some of the 'Careers in the Media' events next year.

  6. Cinecam Film
Chris will liase with Meg regarding the Cinecam film and funding thereof.

  7. Screenings
Brian will get in touch with the people at King's Films regarding doing our film screening nights in tandem with theirs.

  8. Screening of 'La Double Vie'
The screening of Atta Chui's 'La Double Vie' will take place at 7pm on Sunday at Emmanuel. There is a meeting regarding this at 11am on Tuesday at Emmanuel, which Brian and Bella will attend. We should all collect posters from Brian's pigeonhole [690] at King's.

  9. Committee Meetings
Committee meetings will be held in Darwin Bar from now on.
